The soft sandstone of the Blue Mountains has been eroded in many places by small streams to create an amazing array of canyons.

Some canyons can be explored on foot.  Others require specialised equipment - wet suits, abseilling gear, air beds, etc.

Everyone should visit at least one canyon to experience their special magic.
