Comments:

The Cox's River rises in the Blue Mountains just north of Lithgow & flows into Lake Burragorang.

This picturesque little river winds through deep valleys & rugged landscape, passing by the Wild Dog Mountains, The Krungle Bungles & Mt Cloudmaker.

There are lots of places to camp between Breakfast Creek and Kanangra Creek.

Unfortunately the water in the Coxs River isn't fit to drink so you need to carry your own in.  I have found the water in Kanangra Creek drinkable.

On a number of occasions I have been entertained by Dingoes howling during the night while camping beside the Coxs River.
