Comments:

Gallop Rock Lookout is a huge granite outcrop some 400 metres north west of Mt Goondel.

The views from the top are limited however there are some tantalising glimpses of cliffs in the rugged country to the east.

Gallop Rock is easy to get to from the Uni Rover Trail.

Gallop Rock Lookout is shown on Dunphy's Kowmung Map but not on the LPI Yerranderie Map.
