Temple of the Shining Orb

Map: LPI Yerranderie 89294N GR: 300 318 Track Notes: Comments: The Temple of the Shining Orb is the summit of Mt Barrallier. It is shown on the Kowmung map but not on the LPI Yerranderie map. Mt Barrallier slopes away from the summit in all directions. The summit is an elevated flat area much like a large dais, bordered by rock. The surface is light coloured and mostly covered with heath. Despite 2 visits I haven't found anything other than the raised dais area that might be called a temple. The heath makes it difficult to see very far and hides detail, making any search really hard. The easiest approach seems to be from the east, working around to the south and up into the forest from Bushlanders Pointand requiries only a short push through the heath. A 'Sun God' theme appears to have been used when naming some places on Mt Barrallier:
