Comments:

Budgary Creek rises on the eastern side of the Newnes State Forest and drains into Rocky Creek, a total distance of less than 10 kilomtres.

As the creek skirts around the eastern side of Mt Budgary it has created a beautiful canyon environment and a series of waterfalls that are worth the effort to see.

Budgary Creek is best known for the River Caves.  These are not caves but deep, dark canyons that can be explored on foot.  There is no need for abseiling or swimming.

These photos were taken during an exploraory walk with the Bush Club.
