Comments:

Seymour Top is the first top crossed after climbing out of Murdering Gulley when walking north-east along Kanangra Walls.  It is best known for the spectacular views across into Kanangra Gorge, Kanangra Falls and Thurat Spires.

The heath growing on Seymour Top is so thick to be almost inpenetrable and most people stick close to the track.

Wonderful views are to be had from the southern end of Seymour Top but it is hard work to get there.

There is a Pass near the southern tip of Seymour Top on the western side that lets you see the views without having to fight through the heath.  We found it following the cliff line at the base looking for a way up.  It is steep and care should be taken because of the exposure.
